Mehreen Hasan is the founder of Reen's Fudge Bakery. Raised in the Unites States since childhood, she was working in the corporate world when she decided to establish a small scale baking business focusing primarily on keto desserts. Mehreen's lifelong dream has always been to introduce healthy non refined sugar, gluten free delicious treats to people. After starting a family, she and her husband relocated to UAE and she decided to spend all her focus on her keto dessert business.The goal was to bring a little taste of home (US) to the UAE. After months of trial and error the perfect American keto fudge was manufactured. With the keto movement in full swing, sometimes quantity and taste over quality is compromised.
